Akuma launched their Ladies shirt back in February 2011, and has since has dominated the market in this field. Having supplied teams such as the Akuma Dragons which included International female players which included Non Evans and Catrin Edwards.

So what makes this shirt different to any other? To start, it has been trialled and tested by the Wasps women's team. Not only this, but by using a 'Two Way Stretch Fabric', the shirt is able to contour the body. We asked for your opinion on what you thought needed to be developed, and we listened! 75% of the feedback received stated that the main area to amend was the fit of the bust. The biceps have also been developed in order to fit all arm shapes.

Ladies, the days of wearing a hideously fitted men's shirt is over! We have only received positive feedback from our clients.. This shirt has revolutionised the female sport. Pulling down your shirt after every tackle is a thing of the past! We have scalloped the back of the shirt so that the fabric does not ride up the wearers back during contact.

Since the launch of the shirt, we are now able to offer two fits: Semi fitted and Silhouette fit which complements the female form. The Silhoutte shirt comes with a choice of two collars; V-Neck and Round. The Semi Fitted shirt come with a choice of Five collars; Granddad, Traditional, Round, V-Neck and Continental.
