We have a number of delivery options, depending on your order and the level of personalisation you have requested. All orders are shipped with FedEx using a fully traceable next day service. If your order is urgent, we do have a number of premium shipping options including Saturday delivery and International shipping. Please speak to your production manager for a personalised quote.
Stock Products – Subject to stock availability will be shipped on the next business day so you should receive your goods within 2-3 working days.
Bespoke Rugby Kit – Will be delivered within three weeks of the receipt of order confirmation and payment.
RETURNING ITEMS TO AKUMA RUGBY
Bespoke rugby kit is “made to order” and is only put into production when we receive customer approval of all order details. Akuma Rugby is unable to offer refunds or accept returns of bespoke rugby teamwear orders that have been pre-approved by the customer.
Akuma Rugby is also unable to accept returns or offer refunds for stock garments which have been altered/created for an approved customer order. We can offer a refund or exchange on any unaltered stock product within 7 days of delivery. If you have ordered unaltered stock products online or by telephone and you wish to exchange the item or receive a refund you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods and you must return goods within 14 days of notification – in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) in force in the UK.
In a situation where Akuma has failed to comply with the approved customer order instructions through either errors, omissions or the product is faulty, we will more than happily exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
Notification of an issue/fault with a bespoke order must be made by phone/email/fax/letter to Akuma within 7 days of delivery. The product must be retained in an unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage of the product will be charged to the customer.
The standard warranty for garments manufactured by Akuma is six months.
We do not accept and cannot process any returns without a returns number and accompanying documentation which will be provided after notification. Any items returned incorrectly will be subject to a reshipping and handling charge. To request a returns number please contact 01676 533 320 or email email@example.com. Akuma does not bear the direct costs of returning goods as stated on our ordering notification. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as Akuma cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
